OUR STORY
True Alaska Training and Safety Solutions exists to close the gap between textbook first aid and the reality of working in Alaska’s most remote and demanding environments.

HOW WE TEACH
Most first-aid classes assume an ambulance is minutes away. However, on an Alaska job site, a guided trip or a vessel, it may be hours before help arrives. That changes what your team needs to know.
We teach around Alaska conditions: extended patient care, cold-weather injury, limited communications and the reality that your crew may be the only care available for a long time. First Aid, CPR & AED, Basic Life Support, Wilderness First Aid, Emergency Medical Responder and Bloodborne Pathogens are all taught hands-on, with realistic scenarios.
OUR MISSION
We measure success by what a crew can do under pressure — control bleeding, run an AED, manage a patient until help arrives — not by attendance sheets.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Statewide on-site training for remote camps, vessels and job sites, or your own training classroom.
Cold injury, extended transport and limited communications: the conditions your team will really face.
Instruction grounded in real wilderness, rescue and workplace experience, not a scripted slide deck.
Documentation your safety manager can rely on, so renewals and compliance never sneak up on you.
Whether it is five office staff or fifty field hands, we will scope a training plan that fits. Call (907) 441-9911 or send a message.

Statewide, on-site First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS, Wilderness First Aid, Emergency Medical Responder and Bloodborne Pathogens training for Alaskan businesses.
